Not Allowed.

What is the validity period of my Card?

One year from date of issuance.

Do I need to have an Fincare account to purchase prepaid card?

No - Not necessary to have Fincare bank account 

How can I load/reload funds in my card?

Prepaid gift cards are preloaded cards, and it is non-reloadable.

Whom should I contact if my card is lost or stolen?

In case your card is lost or stolen, immediately call on bank toll free number 1800 313 313, and report the loss of your card or send a mail to customerservice@fincarebank.com

How many times can the card be re-loaded?

Gift card - Non-reloadable.

What if I forget my Prepaid card pin?

You can directly change you PIN on self-service portal ppss.fincarebank.com Alternatively, You can contact us on toll free number 1800 313 313 and request for a new PIN.

What about the available balance on the card after the card has expired for Gift Card?

You can place a request at our Customer Care for the replacement card. The new card will be issued and the available balance will be transferred to the new card within 10 working days of receipt of request along with all the supporting documents. Replacement charges of ₹ 100 plus service tax will be levied on the new card.

How can I set desired limit for my card?

To set the desired limit, visit the self-service portal ppss.fincarebank.com.

Is KYC required for the prepaid cards?

For gift card - No
